Twin Falls Rules and Conditions of Entry.

All visitors coming on to the Twin Falls property must agree to an indemnity statement before entry, which is reproduced below.
(This is identical to that on the main entrance gate.) It basically says that you are responsible for your own actions...

Lawful and Legal Notice: Twin Falls is a bush retreat. A condition of entry is that you agree to the following indemnity statement:

"Slip, trip and other hazards, capable of causing injury are present on these premises. Persons enter at own risk and should exercise care for their own safety. Under no circumstances can you hold the owners and operators of Twin Falls responsible for any injuries which might be incurred."

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must not enter our private property.
