Twin Falls is not liable for technical malfunctions for which the cause is not within Twin Falls sphere of responsibility or for damages caused by force majeure. Twin Falls does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of data and may perform technical maintenance during a freely chosen time period.
Bed and Breakfast Accommodation Room Rates and Occupancy
The room Rates are for 2 people. Each room caters for a maximum of 2 adults and no children. If you not turn up on your booked date(s) you agree that the full deposit amount will be forfeited. We also reserve the right to change prices with bookings that are in the following year.
Deposit Policy - Bookings
A security deposit, using one of the following methods of payment below, is required for confirming a booking. A valid and current photo ID (such as a driver's license) will also be required. Twin Falls will retain a copy of this ID for identification and security reasons by way of a digital image of the ID.
Credit Card
The most common deposit provided by the majority of our guests is valid credit card details at the time of making their reservation. This is the easiest, safest and most convenient method of securing your booking.
The credit card must be in the name of the guest, unless arrangements have been made with the property prior to your arrival date. No funds are deducted from the credit card at this stage. If you do not have a credit card then your Reservation must be confirmed by alternative methods of payment available by request.
Cancellation policy
No Fee Cancellations to bookings for accommodation will not be permitted for any reason within 2 weeks of the chosen dates. Once confirmed and with-in 2 weeks of the booking date - a booking cannot be refunded in any way and no refunds will be given for early check outs or if you change your mind. There is no cancellation period of 30days for dates that encompass public holidays and other peak times such as New Years Eve, Easter and so on. All cancellations have a 10% administration Fee.
Indemnity
Twin Falls is a private property (it is not open to the general public - only naturists / nudists) and guests staying here are by invitation only. Although all care is taken, no responsibility is accepted and as such all guests take their own "duty of care". Once your booking has been accepted and you are also deemed to have accepted the indemnity statement below:
"Twin Falls is a rural property. Slip, trip and other hazards and hazardous conditions are present on this property. You are soley responsible for your own well being and any personal property that you bring onto our property and that you agree that negligence cannot be apportioned to the owners or operators of Twin Falls under any circumstances." If you do not agree to this indemnity statement - do not proceed with your booking.
Upon booking this indemnity statement forms a lawful agreement between you and I&Y Strawbridge.
