No refunds of any bookings if you change your mind within 14 days of the booking date. There are no refunds
under any other circumstances. In the event of a person being asked to leave the premises, (for example:
inappropriate behavour) no refund will be made.
No bookings will be confirmed until receipt of an appropriate deposit or a credit card booking. Please refer to
the bookings pages for details.
A minimum reservation of two nights is required for bookings on long-weekends or public holidays.
You must read and agree to the indemnity statement and conditions of entry, before setting foot on
the premises.
We take no responsibility for the weather and inclement weather is not an excuse to default on a booking...
| Twin Falls is a bush retreat. A condition of entry is that you agree to the following indemnity statement:
"Slip, trip and other hazards, capable of causing injury could be present on these premises. Persons enter at own risk and should exercise care for their own safety. Under no circumstances can you hold the owners and operators of Twin Falls responsible for any injuries which might be incurred."
If you do not agree to these terms you must not enter the property. |
