Twin Falls Nude Retreat is an exclusive, back to nature clothing free retreat for all genuine Naturists/ Nudists. Ian and Yolanda invite you to explore around 100acres of rainforest and native bush - Nude as Nature intended!
| The only Nudist Retreat on the Mid-North Coast of New South Wales in the beautiful Hastings Hinterland!(We are NOT clothes optional - unless it is cold...) Twin Falls is about 40 minutes from Timbertown, Wauchope or about an hour inland from Port Macquarie. Twin Falls is not a resort or a motel! Seclusion and privacy, Twin Falls is an ideal escape from the rat race! Access is via 3km of dirt track, bit bumpy in places - fine for a normal (not lowered!) car if you take it easy! Day visits are normally on Weekends unless prior arranged...

DON'T PAY THE LHPA!
If you have a property that is larger than 10hectares we urge you not to pay the tax imposed by the old RLPB (LHPA) as we believe it to be unlawful under the constitution and Fee Simple Title rights! Australia is a Common Law country, and property-owners have rights at law, particularly through the High Court ruling by Mr Justice Kirby in September 1998. Property owners whose land is held under Deeds in Fee Simple have the right to refuse to agree to the takeover of their land for any purpose.
Property Owners' Rights in Australia are guaranteed in three ways by three different legal instruments, as under...
(1) Deeds in Fee Simple
(2) Magna Carta 1215, and
(3) The Bill of Rights 1688/9
Fee Simple rights, particularly the High Court ruling given by Mr Justice Kirby, in September, 1998, when he made his decision by using an earlier High Court case (1923) when Mr Justice Isaacs settled a dispute by confirming to the property owner in the case the rights conferred on all property-owners under their Freehold Deeds in Fee Simple. (This is a CLR Case) Not to mention that it is just plain morally wrong! 
This should be our nations flag!Property rights go much deeper than farmers rights, it is about all landowners rights and its quite simply this - if you buy a book you pay for it and that includes all gst, taxes,etc - you can then read it, you can burn it, throw it away, it's yours to do what you like with - especially in that no more taxes are applicable - yet the Government believes that with a property that this should not be the case. | Twin Falls Nature Retreat has a registered property agreement (in perpetuity Conservation Agreement) with the Dept of Infrastructure, Planning and Natural Resources (NSW) and is also a Conservation Partner with the Dept of Environment and Conservation. Twin Falls is affiliated with the Australian Naturist Federation. Twin Falls is the name of our property and is run as a non-profit lifestyle operation. All funds are used to provide ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the property. Twin Falls is located in the NSW Free State known as Northern Wales Territory.
